Privacy Policy — Hillcrest Mennonite Church

J. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above and to comply with legal obligations. (A record of security breaches is kept for at least 24 months, in accordance with PIPEDA.)

In the event of a security breach posing a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals as soon as possible and report the incident to the OPC, in compliance with PIPEDA requirements.

We may update this policy. The most recent version is posted on our website with the update date.
